Joe Hetzer is a business and franchise consultant, entrepreneur, and leadership advisor with more than 3 decades of experience in engineering, operations, and business development. He helps aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals explore franchise opportunities, business ownership, and startup pathways that align with their goals, skills, and lifestyle.
Joe began his career in aerospace engineering, where he spent over two decades designing advanced manufacturing processes for global industry leaders including GE, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce. Through this work, he developed deep expertise in operational systems, problem-solving, and building scalable processes within high-performance organizations.
He later transitioned into operations leadership and general management, where he focused on company turnarounds, operational improvement, and startup development. His ability to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and build strong teams has helped organizations navigate growth and transformation.
Today, Joe focuses on franchise consulting and business ownership coaching, guiding individuals through the process of evaluating franchise brands, investment opportunities, and small business options. His mission is to help people realize that the path to owning a business is often closer—and more achievable—than they think.

Jason Prinzo is a business broker and acquisition advisor helping aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate executives navigate the path to business and franchise ownership.
With more than 25 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth, Jason has built a career around connecting people with opportunities. He began his professional journey in the music industry, holding executive roles with major record labels including Warner Bros. and Capitol Records. As Vice President of Promotion, he led national promotional campaigns, built high-value brand partnerships, and collaborated with globally recognized artists. including Coldplay, Katy Perry, Linking Park, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Lenny Kravitz, among others. This experience developed his expertise in negotiation, deal-making, and identifying high-value opportunities.
In 2013, Jason took the skills he learned during his time in corporate America and opened his own marketing & promotion company, consulting major record labels and Indie artists. While the music industry was his initial core business, Jason began working with small business owners looking to scale and increase revenue. After 25 years of helping music artists achieve their dreams, Jason fully transitioned into business consulting, helping entrepreneurs achieve their individual dreams.
